Men's Club Championships, sponsored by “Ongmac Trading; Greg Martin Ph:66215981”

As was expected, Brad McLennan cruised to victory in the Club Championships, with rounds of 72,69, 71, and 77, for a 4 round total of 289.

Mick Greber was the closest of the rest, on 297.

John Quirk celebrated a “double” when he took out A Reserve Grade , and the Veterans Championship, with 317, a clear margin over runner up in the Grade, Guy Scarlett, on 324

After two extra play off holes, President, Malcolm Olive prevailed over Wayne Morgan,  after both finished on 332 --- and this after Olive went out of bounds on the first play off hole,[ the 8th], but managed a square, with a birdie with his second ball.

In C Grade, John Brereton came through the pack to win with 358, from Jeff Lassig on 361.

The Nett winners were:

A Grade : William Walker ; R/U Adam Shields

A Reserve Grade : Wade Sweeney; R/U : Greg Snow

B Grade: Brad Northfield; R/U : Terry O’Brien

C Grade : Wayne Hughes ; R/U Greg Petty

Guy Scarlett,[10] took out A Grade win the Day’s event with 66, from Wade Sweeney,[13] on 68

B Grade went to John Brereton,[20], after a count back from Keith Norris,[19], both on 67

All scores of 71 or better won golf balls
